НП-034-15

Настоящие федеральные нормы и правила в области использования атомной энергии «Правила физической защиты радиоактивных веществ, радиационных источников и пунктов хранения» (НП-034-15) устанавливают требования к обеспечению физической защиты радиоактивных веществ, радиационных источников и пунктов хранения на этапах проектирования, сооружения, эксплуатации, вывода из эксплуатации радиационных источников и пунктов хранения и при обращении с радиоактивными веществами и радиоактивными отходами.

Выпускаются взамен федеральных норм и правил в области использования атомной энергии «Правила физической защиты радиационных источников, пунктов хранения, радиоактивных веществ» (НП-034-01).

Разработаны на основании нормативных правовых актов Российской Федерации, федеральных норм и правил в области использования атомной энергии, а также рекомендаций МАГАТЭ.

Приказ Федеральной службы по экологическому, технологическому и атомному надзору от 21 июля 2015 г. № 280 «Об утверждении федеральных норм и правил в области использования атомной энергии «Правила физической защиты радиоактивных веществ, радиационных источников и пунктов хранения» зарегистрирован в Минюсте России 3 августа 2015 г. № 38303. Вступил в силу 16 августа 2015 г.

These Federal regulations and rules in the area of atomic energy use “Regulations on physical protection of radioactive substances, radioactive sources and storage facilities” establish the requirements for assurance of physical protection for radioactive substances, radioactive sources and storage facilities at the stages of design, construction, operation and decommissioning of radioactive sources and storage facilities and when managing radioactive substances and radioactive waste.

Regulations are issued in replacement of the federal regulations and rules in the field of the use of atomic energy “Regulations on physical protection of radioactive sources, storage facilities and radioactive substances” (NP-034-01).

Regulations were developed on the basis of regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, federal regulations and rules in the field of the use of atomic energy with taking into consideration recommendations of IAEA.

Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service No. 280 “On approval of federal regulations and rules in the field of the use of atomic energy “Regulations on physical protection of radioactive substances, radioactive sources and storage facilities” dated of July 21, 2015 was registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 3, 2015 (No. 38303). Introduced in August 16, 2015.
